How do you ensure the beer stays cold during shipping?
We use specialized insulated packaging and gel ice packs for all transit. Our logistics partners are instructed to prioritize climate-controlled environments to ensure your beer arrives at the perfect temperature.
Do I need to be home to sign for my delivery?
Yes. By law, an adult aged 21 or older must be present to provide a valid government-issued ID and sign for any package containing alcohol.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
If your order arrives damaged or leaking, please take a photo and contact our support team within 24 hours. We will issue a full refund or send a replacement shipment immediately.

Most of our craft selections are unpasteurized to preserve the complex flavor profiles. Because of this, keeping them refrigerated is essential for maintaining the intended taste.
